I moved to Austin during COVID in 2020, didn't know many people.

In 2021, I moved to Rainey Street and lived at The Quincy. That's when everything changed. The energy. The skyline. The people. Being able to walk everywhere. The feeling of actually being in the middle of it all. That one move completely shifted my experience in Austin.
Since then, I've lived in seven different places across the city. High rises. Luxury communities. Amenity-heavy buildings. I didn't just tour them. I lived in them.

Along the way, I worked with apartment locators myself. And honestly? Most of them just sent over a list and booked a tour. There wasn't much thought behind it.
No one asked how I wanted to live. No one told me which floor to avoid or which layout actually feels bigger than the square footage suggests. No one followed up after I moved in to make sure everything was right. I kept thinking: someone should do this differently.

This is who I am — not a side hustle, but my passion. I take it personally because where you live matters.
My Approach
I've lived in seven different properties across Austin. High-rises, Rainey Street, downtown. I know which buildings look incredible online and disappoint in person. I know where the noise issues are, which management teams actually pick up the phone, and which floor plans live bigger than they measure.
I don't start with floor plans. I start with how you want to live. Do you want to walk to dinner? Work from a rooftop? Have a gym you'll actually use? I match you with buildings that fit your daily life, not just your budget and square footage.
From your first call to 90 days after move-in, I handle every detail. Tour logistics, lease negotiations, move-in inspections, handyman and designer referrals. I treat every client like they're my only client. That's not a tagline. That's how I built this business.
I have personal relationships with leasing teams and property managers across Austin's top buildings. That means priority access to units, advance notice on specials, and the ability to advocate for you when it matters most.
