The Collection
Rainey Street
This is where I live. A 48-story tower on Rainey Street with one of the best communities I've been a part of. Daydreamer coffee is downstairs. Amaya restaurant is steps away. The wellness amenities, the pool, the social energy. This building just gets it right.
Rainey Street
43 stories above Lady Bird Lake with a sky lounge on the 43rd floor, a saltwater rooftop pool, and a full spa. If you want to feel like you're on vacation every day, this is your building.
West 5th Street
Sky lounge on the 46th floor. Golf simulator. Gourmet kitchens with gas cooktops, which is rare in Austin high-rises. 415 Colorado is a building that thinks about the details that most buildings skip.
6th & Guadalupe
66 stories. 865 feet. The second tallest building in Austin. Residential floors start at the 35th, so every apartment has serious views. This is a building that makes a statement before you even walk in the door.
West 5th & Warehouse District
45 stories in the heart of downtown. The pool deck sits on the 44th floor with panoramic skyline views that are hard to beat. One of the best-managed buildings in Austin. Hanover sets the bar.
Brazos Street
308 residences. 44th floor rooftop pool. Private terraces on select units. Hanover Brazos has a boutique feel despite its height. It never feels crowded, and the management is consistently top-tier.
East Downtown / 11th Street
Managed by Hanover, which tells you everything about the quality. Larger floor plans than most downtown towers, a pool deck on the 30th floor, and a golf simulator. East Downtown is having a moment, and Alexan Waterloo is right in the middle of it.
Guadalupe Street
The red brick exterior gives Gables a completely different vibe from the glass towers around it. Rock star aesthetic meets serious luxury. Walkable to the Warehouse District and Republic Square Park, and consistently one of the best-run buildings in Austin.
East Austin / IH-35
Two pools, indoor basketball, vaulted ceilings in select units, and a community events calendar that actually gets people together. Avenir captures the East Austin lifestyle while delivering luxury amenities that most buildings at this price point can't touch.
Rainey Street
Design-forward and contemporary on Rainey Street. The rooftop retreat and coworking lounge make this one a great fit for people who work from home and want a beautiful place to do it.
